Here you can find answers to some of the common inquiries: 

• When will my print book arrive?

  • Our print/paperback/hardback books are fulfilled through our fulfillment and distribution partners or directly from Pure Light Bookshoppe 
  • Your order is sent via either USPS, UPS, or FedEx and we do our best to make sure your order arrives within 5-10 days, unless there is a delay. 
  • You will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date once the order is processed. 
  • Please allow for the fact that we are small, independent shoppe. Your support through your purchases goes a long way in shifting the paradigm of commerce back to the artists and creators. 

• How do I receive my ebook/audio?

  • Ebooks are delivered via our partners at Bookfunnel. You will receive an email with the download links, as well as storage of the ebooks in the BookFunnel app.
  • Audio files are delivered directly or via SoundWise. You will receive an email with the download links, as well as storage of the audio files in the SoundWise app. 

• Do you accept returns or exchanges?

  • Digital products do not allow for returns or exchanges. 
  • Physical products have their exchange or return policy within the product page. 

• What if my download doesn’t work?

  • Each form (audio/digital) has the information within the delivery email. Please follow these instructions. 

• Can I buy this as a gift?

  • Absolutely! Please list the recipient's address, and we'll deliver your generous gift to them.
